I thought posting a food diary might help me. Please feel free to comment on where i'm going wrong or give any tips you may have

Green day
Breakfast
Fresh pineapple (69p in Aldi! )
0% greek yogurt
Mid morning
mince pie hifi bar (healthy B)
Lunch
SW tomato soup, made a big batch up with 2 tins tomato, 1 tin beans, 1 tin carrots, paprika, chilli powder, and onion
mid afternoon
pineapple
mince pie hifi bar (healthy B)
Dinner
sw chips
2 x 'fried' eggs (in frylight)
0% yogurt
frozen berries
Healthy A - 250ml semi skimmed milk
Drinks, no added sugar blackcurrent squash, tea and peppermint tea. Cant remember how many but i had at least 6 glasses of squash (trying to have plenty of vitamin c!
Syns
cough syrup = 2 syns
Nutella = 4 syns
2 tablespoons ketchup = 2
Total = 8 syns
Not as much fruit and veg as i normally have in a day, but I'm getting over a throat infection and it's * week so in need of comfort food.
Any advice/comments appreciated.
