6 weeks in....16lb lost!!! Woop Woop!!!
Self indulgent post...but i'm so excited i couldnt resist telling everyone!
I actually measure in kg's - so 7.3kg lost and i'm below 95kg 3 days before my actual weigh in date and the date that i wanted to be under 95kg by. Plus i've gone from having 75lb to lose at the start to now having 59lb to lose - which sounds so much better! I've gone from over 16st to 14st. Which also sounds so much better! My next goal is to get to my 10kg loss..then to get below 90kg and back into the 80's! I have not been in the 80's for at least 4 years. I can't wait!!!
I'm beyond thrilled with how well the Dukan diet is working for me. I went out for meals twice over the weekend, so i had two PV days in a row...and i still managed to lose. Why? Because i stuck to the diet and ordered a steak and veggies one night and a steak and green salad the second night. I left the mash on my plate and didnt touch it. Luckily for me i dont even like mash. Its easy!! This diet is so easy!! I don't even feel like i'm on a diet to tell the truth. I feel like i'm turning my way of life around. I'm changing my eating habits for life and this is the first 'diet' that has ever made me feel this way. I don't crave carb loaded meals like i used to. I am finding that even looking at those kind of meals, makes me feel nauseous. I dont want to eat them!
