So I'm half way through Reading the dukan book as my friend has lost lots of weight doing this diet, she is doing sonething that I've either not got to yet in the book or she is doing it wrong! She's a couple of months down the line, has protein on a thursday and eats whatever she wants everyother day of the week not just two celebration meals. Is this right or should I not moan until I've finished the book!!!
