
Well, i have started going to the gym now to speed up my weight lose and giving up smoking yay, been smoke free since sunday

. I have heard you can gain weight if you excerise???

becuase of building muscle and it weighing more than fat?? Anyone else had this? i got my weight in a 10:00,

so i soooo hope i havent put on as it will all seem such a waste if time. Any advice please?
