I was really struggerling today as I am on a late shift and was doing an essay at home - so I was easily distracted (procrastinating!) and I really wanted some chocolate, I considered a shake.. but it just wasn't the same.

So I went to the boots at the bottom of my road, and wow! Atkins chocolate bars are amazing, they really taste of chocolate!!
It was exactly what I needed..

And am I right in thinking it won't bring me out of ketosis?
( I cheekily checked the scales about an hour ago too, and I have lost about 7lbs since Friday!)

They might do as an extra but Im not sure theyre a good substitute for a shake. Im sure someone asked about this before and theyre not comparible nutrition wise but they shouldnt affect ketosis.

I could be wrong but Im sure someone will know for sure soon :)
 
starlight is right , you can have them occassionally as an extra ( I do now and again ) but they dont contain 1/3 of your dai;y nutritional needs so you cannot have instead of a shake ... it shouldnt effect ketosis if done on occassion
