Wraps

Hi I have just started on slimming world and was wondering how you count wraps, can they be a health extra or does it have to be syns if syns how many. thanks in advance Clarilou

Wraps don't count as a Healthy Extra I'm afraid so you'd have to syn them. Off the top of my head, I think the Weight Watchers ones are 5.5 syns each but most other brands are between 9 and 12 syns per wrap.

You can work out the syns of the wraps, using 1 syn for every 20 cals x
