Just wanted to say a big hello to everyone on the ww forum :0)
I will be starting weight watchers tomorrow and was thinking of doing a combination of the h&f and propoints and wondered if anyone else has been doing this and had good weight losses, it does sound like a great diet to me mixing the two together, but am still a little apprehensive as to whether i will lose weight combining them.
If anyone has any good tips, ideas or recipes to pass on that would be great to, as i cant seem to find many h&f recipes at all.
