WW online

Hey,

Does anyone do WW online? How useful is it? I'm technicalllllly not a newbie to the fourm, but I've not been here for ages.

I haven't done WW for 4 years odd. I was doing SW groups but I got far too complacent, I've gained back to square one. There isn't a WW meeting near me & I can't drive. I don't fancy getting the bus back on my own late at night, my OH is housebound with crohns.

He's getting Me some WW scales for my birthday tomorrow (I asked for them) & committing to a fri am weigh in with him. (He has a special crohns diet & is on steroids so he's going to attempt PP just to stop the steriod weight from getting too bad)

We are getting married in September & while I know I can't loose 71lb in 7 months I'm hoping to loose 50lb by then

Hi there I was a SW person but I've decided to try WW pro pointing plan this week. I joined back in January this year on line only so no weekly meeting as I have three young children and found it hard to go to my local SW meeting once a week.

The site is very user friendly and has loads of useful information I really enjoy checking in and having a look round . but the best thing I got was the WW app which is free when I Joined for my mobile and tablet which I use all the time it has a chat to an expert button and I can get any answers that would normally have to wait until I went to a weekly meeting . I lost 3lb the first week I joined which is more than I ever lost in one week on other diets. Hope that helps x
