Why did i do it.....i was being so good lost 2lb this week then for a treat i thought i would have a chicken breast burger which turned into having curly fries aswell :(

Doesnt help when i have my birthday meal on Saturday and Monday :(

ARGHHHHH

No point feeling guilty. If your in this for the long haul you will have many slip ups along the way, and feeling guilty does NOT help matters. What's done is done, you need to forget it ever happened and carry on with your journey. A few fries with your chicken breast burger won't do too much harm hun. Chin up!! :)
 
Draw a line under it and try to recover what you can of today. Eat well the rest of the day, keep your calories lower where you can. Try to exercise and burn some of it off. But don't beat yourself up about it, what's done is done!
 
Thanks guys just had a fruit salad for tea then off on wii fit after ironing..... How fun!

Having a yoghurt for breakfast tomorrow then having gammon n chips for my tea ( birthday meal 1 )

I can do this..... First bad day in 4 weeks.
