Xenical and weight watchers

Hi everyone

Has anyone done weight watchers and taken xenical . Its my first weigh in at weight watchers tomorrow and ive been taking xenical for five days on it, dont feel as if ive lost any weight and im eating low fat so not having any nasty side effects.

Would just like to hear if its helped anuone etc ??

I did both and found my losses were no different at all. My doctor took me off them as he said my WW diet was so low fat there was nothing for the tablets to work with

Hi

I found that these 2 for me worked really well together as being on the tablets helped me make better choices with the points I was having.
I think it is a personal thing so try it together for a few weeks and see what happens.

im doing both and enjoying it.. i do like naughtier points so the tabs help reign me it! i dont have bery bad side effects anyway really so just see how it goes!
