Good evening 
Today I have just started again after a year off plan, weighed myself this morning and I have gained the exact 2st 3 pounds weight I lost.
Anyway I was wondering if you could help me with a couple of things, I know you can have two healthy extra As now, do they have to be different As or could I have double Cheddar for example?
Also I am not one for yoghurt but absolutely love yeo valley kefir natural yoghurt, I was wondering if someone could help me with the syns for this?
