Yogurt help!

Hiya!

Well I got Mr JB to do the shopping and he has come back with some Shape delight yogurts - Apple crumble flavour and rhubarb crumble flavour. How can I tell if these would be okay?

I'm guessing not but thought I would ask - Damn shame as they look lovely

He also came home with light philadelphia - not allowed either right (just the extra light)

Neither im afraid! BUT if it helps the shape yogurts are awful! I got really excited as well tried them and binned them
Philli has to be extra light and one tablespoon is tolerated on cruise

Quark is allowed which if you really concentrate kinda tastes abit the same! Lol

As laura says, quark in attack only, and useable within dairy budget on cruise. i use a lot. If you add a teaspoon of sweetner to a large dollop of quark its a bit like cream, and very yum with jelly.
