Don't know but it looks tempting. .You either need to do a search (there's also a specific yogurt sticky) to see if it's been asked before or, provide the NV from the pot and someone might put it through the syn calculator for you.
Worst case scenario, using the 1 syn per 20 cal rule, it'll be 2 syns as it looks as though there's only 45 cals per pot.
