Well decided to begin my own diary. I honestly didn't think I would get this far, but due my second weigh in tomorrow. This week has been hellish, tired, grumpy and just miserable. However, today100% better. Even cooked for the family and didn't want to eat anything. Hubbie with a glass of wine and I'm not craving that! So well pleased at the moment:)

I am hoping to stay on this for another month at least

It is a fab and inspirational site and I plan to be back for continued motivation. I thank you!

Well done, you're doing great! :)

Thank you teapot! You are such an inspiration!:happy096:

Weigh in official this morning and another 4lb lost. A complete stone lost in 2 weeks, where else would that happen. To treat myself, I am going with a mate to get a tan, or more to the point to a tanning studio. Never been to one before. However, with a new figure, I want to expose it a bit this year, which is something I never do. I feel so much confident about myself, even with just a stone gone.

I think I will need to reflect on this diary as time get tough in the next few weeks, which I am sure they will.

Yaaaaaay!! Well done on your loss this week :)

Ok, so the weight is dropping now. How are the inches looking? Last week felt pretty much the same, but today, have really noticed the change in the belly fat etc. My size 14s (large) are now feeling lose and baggy, so that is great. I seem to have dropped 2in from bum and at least 4in from belly (I so do like my wine). However, not much movement on the chest. How is everyone else finding the morphing?

Well done- your doing great

Well it is now Friday and also bank holiday weekend. We have been invited for a meal Sunday night and I have had to turn it down:(.

I am finding it difficult at this time of the week because I miss my well deserved bottle/glass of wine. Sigh!

What is worse. I treated myself to a sunbed session on Wednesday and have come out in inchy spots all over my back, stomach and chest. Only on 6 mins and got sunburned!

So I know tonight is going to be a struggle and will probably be an early night too

However, I am determined to make weigh in on Sunday Xx

Well just had it confirmed and another 4lb lost this week. I do hope it continues this way as I am now nearly half way to my goal. Thanks again for all the positive comments and motivational stories.:wow:

Hi Yotlane, Sounds like you;re doing really well getting to week 4 is an achievement in itself. Do you find it gets easier?
Im back on LT and this is my 6th day. Ive lost 9lb so far and have been exercising every day. Ive bought a power plate which is great as I really want to tone up as I go along. I Started off at 14 and a half stone so have just under 4 stone to lose in total so hopefuly will be 10 stone by August. Its hard but worth it but Im worried about saggy tum at the end think il have to save up for a tummy tuck. Do you do any exercise or find that you're too weak. I havent in the past but find it keeps me motivated and also when I feel like eating i just jump on the power plate for 10 mins.

Hope today is good for you im just off to do some gardening but will be back on here tonight to see how you're doing

xx

Well done Elaine, great loss this week :) x x x

Hi thanks for the positive response. I have up and down days. Some I breeze through others are tough. Not craving food now which is good. Just been for a long stroll with the dog at Lanhydrock House in the bluebell covered woods :). Walking is as much exercise I am doing as to be honest some days I have no energy.

I am getting there! However tonight will be tough as OH is going to neighbours for a curry. I have declined. so I will be home alone with my water:(

This afternoon just dug out clothes stored under the bed for the last two years and really pleased that all my size 14s fit and are loose too! Tried the 12s and still some way to go. However got a new wardrobe that I haven't seen for while and I don't have to spend any money either:)

We all have ups and downs, it's the keeping going that's important. Fab news about getting into your 14's!!! I too struggled with energy on LT, it's not uncommon. I have only done the bare minimum with regards exercise - I don't even have a dog to walk :)

I'm the same, under my bed ranges from size 10 to size 18 so I'm sorted lol

Well this week started really well, and I feel I am still focused on this programme. However, had a little slip up yesterday. Travelled to Northampton with work and offer some lovely fool all day. I just couldn't find the time to get my shake on the train without bringing attention to myself. By 6.00pm decided I need to eat something, so went into CoventFood at Birming New Street and purchased a feta cheese, power food salad. Didn't have the dressing, so lots of salad leaves and about 5 cubes of cheese. Felt guilty but only had one shake all day. I hope i haven't done much damage and now back on the shakes today. I am not expecting a great loss this week!
Question i also have, has anyone drunk diet coke on this diet. I know it is not allowed, however, going to a party tomorrow night and I want to drink more than water. So hence my question. I haven't had a problem getting back into the diet today. I have also checked that I am still in ketosis, so any thoughts would be great. Thanks again, Elaine

God I hate Birmingham New Street Station!!! Got stranded there overnight in December last year. I was freezing and it was snowing and you can imaging how cold I already was doing LT and I only had a jumper. My coat was locked in my car which was locked up in the bullring carpark aaarrrggghhh!! Damn Virgin trains! ....apologies - horrific, torturous night.

Elaine, I'd stick to sparkling water drunk from a wine glass. I think it's the citric acid in the diet coke that can take you out of ketosis. I'd be careful especially after the cheese incident. Just btw, I've had my shakes many times mixed up on the train or tube. Nobody really cares, you're just self concious about it. Just do it. It will get easier to get on with it the longer you do LT. You need to do what's best for you. You're not hurting anyone or anything. So what if someone wonders what you're up to? You're unlikely to ever see them again! x x x

Well done , your doing so well !!! Be careful as that's how I fell off the wagon. I ended up drinking at the weekend then eating and now eaten all week :-(. To the point I'm close to giving up. It's weigh day today and time to face the weeks damage !!! Don't loose sight to what's important!! I've had a few nights out and stuck to fizzy water it will be worth it :) x x

Thank you guys for the feedback. Looks like fizzy water it is! Just had a sneaky weigh and no no longer on the obese category. :) Weigh in on Sunday. Good luck today nutty

Another 3lb lost this week. Dead chuffed, now lost 1 1/2st and another 1 1/2 stone to go. Hubbie commented this morning that I am getting my figure back and my belly isn't bigger than my tits anymore! What more can I say:eek:
