Young's Breaded Extra Large Fish Fillets

Hi can anyone tell me the syn count for Young's Breaded Extra Large Fish Fillets (with salt + pepper) x1 on all plans (Red, Green, EE).

In fairness, I've already had one lol, but would like to know what the damage is.

The large ones come up as 12 syns, I couldn't see the extra large ones...

I can see these two:


Chip Shop Extra Large Fish Fillets, Salt & Vinegar Batter, twin pack, frozen, 165g each 13½
Chip Shop Specials Extra Large Fish Fillets in Beer Batter, twin pack, frozen, 165g each 13½

That's on Red/EE. On Green it'd be 1 syn per 20 calories.

Thanks, though they aren't the batter ones, but the breaded ones. Think I might just do it as 20 kcals per 1 syn - not sure whether I can use it towards my HExB though if on a Green Day???

You could use 6 syns towards your HEXB if you're on a Green day, yeah.

PS. Wow a big congrats on losing 101lbs!! I am in awe! I am struggling with just a stone (for now)!!
