Zoë’s Slim and Save Journey

Tomorrow I embark on a new venture with slim and save. I have done it historically with great results, but the last 3 1/2 years have taken their toll and rather than wallow about it, I am going to take action. I plan to follow the lifestyle plan plus which is 4 packs and an evening low carb meal. I have a 1 year old and this is realistic in terms of sitting down and have a meal with my family. My husband is also very supportive.

Thinking ahead, I know the first few days are going to be hard and I am going to have to dig deep for willpower. I have also thought ahead about how I am going to manage my emotions and my self sabotage behaviours. I’m going to incorporate more hobbies and interests into my daily routine instead of reaching for food. I have also written my “good wolf” mantras and will focus on listening and reminding myself of these when it gets tough.

I’m going to keep a diary of my progress and use it as a place to write down my thoughts, my actions and how I overcome things.
