Hi everyone, this is my first time doing the CWP and I’ve found it a lot easier than I thought it would be, sticking to it 100% until today, day 5....... i had a shake for breakfast and a bar for lunch and I’ve caved and eaten some salmon, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots for my tea. I’m really annoyed with myself!!
