Day 5 slight wobble!

Hi everyone, this is my first time doing the CWP and I’ve found it a lot easier than I thought it would be, sticking to it 100% until today, day 5....... i had a shake for breakfast and a bar for lunch and I’ve caved and eaten some salmon, broccoli, cauliflower and carrots for my tea. I’m really annoyed with myself!!
I’m back on it 💯 and hope it hasn’t ruined the past 4 days 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈
 
How did you do Minniepins?
I started a total solution with Exante it's very similar and am now finishing day 3. I've been drinking loads of water but have needed to take quite a bit of senior with no result.
