Fed up this morning... official weigh in day & I'm back up to 242lbs!!! Not sure whats going on with my body.. am on strict induction carbs, am in ketosis & was down to 238 yesterday! Never mind!!

So am going to set my ticker back to 242 & then I won't get so fed up with looking at the 236 I had got too!!

Wonder if my body has got fed up with being in ketosis, then being kicked out of it, then being in it, then being out of it.... you get the picture!!

So the scales are going away til next week, I don't need to be weighing in every day at the mo!!

Doing a massive car boot fayre on Sunday & I have a rake of kids clothed to sort thru today.. we have boys clothes from newborn to age 7 & girls from newborn to age 3 so need to sort them out into sizes. We're also taking all of the old toys that have been stacked up in the garage for ages... needless to say the kids aren't coming with us on sunday, my folks are having them!! Fingers crossed it'll be a good one & ven tho we're taking 2 big cars filled to the gunnels we won't come back with much!! xx

Hello there Dizzy... and I really do sympathise with (what is to you) a bad weigh in cos I too have been having them with Dukan for four weeks now...

I think you summed it up when you said about dipping in and out of ketosis too frequently...

We know what we need to do... don't we?

And your hair looks great!!! I also SO relate to what you said about letting your housework go a bit while OTT'ing on the carbs! I know when I'm "EATING" (intentional capitals), I wouldn't want to waste time doing such thing when I could be doing my favourite thing!! aaaaah!!

Please keep smiling... and keep doing what you're doing... the scales will get the message, trust me

Thought I'd give you some updates of the lovely Cinnamon... or Sollypops as he also gets called now! He's up to 8lbs 6oz at 8 weeks old & is still under going some tests..

This is him in the little outfit I got him which he's finally big enough to wear!
