Morning all....

Can't believe I didn't get back on here yesterday! Life is good but busy at the mo, last week of school hols so trying to fit as much in as possible!!

The weather is beautiful here today which always puts a spring in my step!

Started my pre-op diet yesterday... back onto induction for me (lost 5lbs overnight!:D:D), its all about low carbing & shrinking the liver & I am so pleased I was allowed to [STRIKE]Atkins[/STRIKE] I mean low carb (didn't dare mention the A word) as its something I know & love!

Interestingly I have been on alot of American websites & reading alot on people who have succeeded after wls in losing & keeping the weight off for 10+ years & guess what.......

they all low carb!!!!!

I had intended to do that anyway but its good to know that its definately the way after wls too!

So looks like I'll be hanging around these boards... guess yr stuck with me!!! ;)

Linz even if you couldnt do low carbing again we would still want you on here.
Ive decided to go back to atkins for a bit. I know it had a few health problems for me which is why i think a short time is ok. I cant face dukan attack again as i cant eat enough and i did love the atkins food. I'll be after as much help as poss as i cant remember too much about it (its my brain turned to mush again). I think i'll have to start another diary but i wont post on every thread like last time, i cant let posting take over my life. Lol

I'm here to help babes, most definately. Sorry I didn't call yesterday, lost my phone without any battery charge left, took me til 11 last night to find it in AJ's dolls house garage!!!

How are you doing? When's OB back to school?x

He goes back to school tomorrow, im so not ready! All i need to do is some washing tonight and thats it. When do yours go back? Im kind of looking forward to the break and OB is getting to the point where he needs to go back but im not looking forward to the early mornings.
I'll be needing your help with my menu then hun.
 
Mine both go back next Monday... they need to, even with all that we've fitted in they need to go play with their mates! I have to say I'm looking forward to getting back into the routine... even if its only going to be for 3 days before I head off! I'm going to miss them tho!

You know I'm here for you babes be it menus or anything else you need help with. xx
 
You are a wonderful lady linz-i-loo. Will you have your phone in the hospital with you? I need to make sure your ok and report back to this lot. Lol.

Oohhhhh only a week to go now.... I'm getting excited for ya!

Loved the sound of your blue raspberry thingy (FB) but being me I would also have liked the voddie in it! ;) xx
