Hi Guys

Sorry busy weekend, kind of over did things on Saturday so have just been taking it easy.

All good apart from the fact I still can't sleep, fell asleep at 2300 woke at 0215 last night! Then got back to sleep for an hour between 0900 & 1000. I just don't understand what my body is up too!

As for my Dad... well you can't keep a good man down! He went down for his op late friday afternoon & was back home less than 24 hrs later! They believe they got all of the tumour, gave him his chemo & have to now wait for the biopsy results! He's doing so well that his consultant has given him the all clear & they fly out to Cyprus on Weds!! What a complete whirlwind!

No idea why I'm not sleeping.. its frustrating but I don't feel shattered oddly enough!

Yep am down to 233 lbs thats 12 lbs since my surgery & 2 stone this month!!

I'm only obese now, have lost 10 points off my bmi, lost over 20% of my weight & have half a stone until I have lost half of what I want to & I'll be closer to goal than my starting weight!

Got my follow up appt on the 12th Oct, 2 days after my birthday, would love to have lost another stone by then fingers crossed & I can celebrate my birthday by having mashed foods!!!

Not sure as I've lost so much before my op.. I'd like to think of April which would mean just over 10lbs per month. Its Paul's birthday in April so it would be fab to have achieved that by then.

Yeah mashed Pimms.. I'd be on the floor just sniffing it! Not really fussed about the food tbh... would rather be taken shopping!

They advise not for the first year as its empty calories!

I do plan on a small glass of the red stuff at Christmas as long as my foods going ok tho.x
