Just spoken to the nurse & she's confirmed that all my symptons are gallstones! Bummer!! Not what I had on my Christmas list...

She's going to speak to my surgeon on friday & has told me I need to be forceful with my GP... its not my GP thats the problem its the inpenetrable receptionist wall!

I've just phoned the GP's again & spoken to a lovely girl who said they've just had a cancellation for 1530.. 2 problems tho have a little girl who hasn't been awake all day & is burning hot & its the time Jacob gets in from school!

I'm doomed!!

All out at work... wouldn't want to leave Amalie with anyone else, she's very tearful in the brief minutes she's awake! Tomorrow will do fingers crossed... Paul will be about in the afternoon if AJ is still poorly so he can sit with her. x

Oh Linz just been reading up on it - seems to be quite common after wls you MUST ring NHS direct if pain gets any worse or you start being sick or anything.

Yes... alot of surgeons now whip out the gallbladder when doing open wls. If I could just dull this constant pain I could at least get on & do stuff... well when AJ's not sleeping on me. x

Amalie has just woken up for the first time properly today & has eaten some quavers plus looks a bit brighter, she was also soaked thru bless her so I guess she's been sweating whatever she's got out!

I'm just fed up with not feeling able to do anything (although I did manage shopping yesterday!) its just draining having a pain constantly! I'm sure my date night with Vicky tonight will help tho. x
