I'm a right old mardy cow tonight! Have a banging headache, am grumpy & tearful & fed up that after feeling so fab at the beginning of the week I feel so shocking at the end of it, I have no energy & cba to do anything!!

I've got no interest in eating tonight but feel like I should, but would rather go have a bath & wisp in bed!!

Don't normally get totm as I have the depo injection but am due to have one on Thurs & thats exactly 12 weeks which is the longest I've left it so there could be part of the hormones to answer for!!

May just guzzle water instead of eating, don't fancy anything at all & am not hungry either. Think the bath will be a good idea tho. x

The plan I think... is a bath with a glass of cheeky red & maybe an atkins bar if I get the munchies. x

Ok a steaming hot bath (one that makes yr skin go red) 2 large glasses of red wine (on a pretty empty stomach) and I'm feeling a bit pished!! Funny how the world looks much brighter now!
