Definately its become a good weekly ritual & for some reason we thought the day before weigh in would be the perfect day for it!

Linz ive had nerly 3 litres of water and 4 black coffees is that enough for now?

i've had 2 teas and a coffee so far today......

but am on nights so will drink water than, if i do 2x 750ml bottles i think i've done well!!!

Its hard when its cold... the summer will make it much easier for us. x

Ok thanks Linz. My tea cup in morning is massive but i only ever half half unless its a weekend, then i have a big glass of berocca in water, then my shake....then 4 cups sometimes 5 black coffees, then 3-4 litres omg!!!!!!

My totally awesome daughter has just done her first ever wee on the toilet!! She totally & utterly rocks... & I have pulled a muscle doing my OMG I'm so bloomin' proud of you dance!
