Ooooh I've just found out that my food processor has a grater attachment... bloomin' marvellous! I have grated up 2 cauliflowers & have 5 bags of cauli rice in the freezer! Its still pretty messy tho but at least I have the skin on my fingers!

Can you tell me what cauli rice is? Do you cook the grated cauli for long? What liquid do you cook it in (if any)? I'm trying to find Harcombe friendly receipes;)

I cooked a full cauli last night, then added butter and chopped it into mash with a sharp knife, added corned beef, split it between 2 dishes and sprinkled with mozarella then nuked (could have been grilled I suppose but nuking was fine - just didn't brown but was lovely and stringy) and it was absolutely yummy, will have the 2nd bowl for lunch today - I love cauli - would have eaten both but the cauli was 15g for the full one and would have put me over for the day................

Hi... thanks Helen.

Cauli rice is simply, grated cauliflower, I use about 120g raw for a portion size then nuke the portion in the microwave for approx 3 mins.... et voila cauli rice! Its bloomin' brilliant!

Hey miss... had a lovely morning, been swimming with the kids, had a good suprise by the fact my swimsuit was so loose but not so impressed with how my body looks in one, need to get over the fact that b'coz I've lost 8 stone its never gonna look fab but I'm kinda upset as to where its come too, its just so knackered looking!!

Catching up on the US biggest loser & reckoning that I need to get into the pool more often to try & tighten stuff up a bit!

Another lesson to learn!
 
I know exactly what you mean, plus being a fair bit older than you does not help either - need a miracle tightening agent lol

It's funny how we will always find something to hate lol :D

Anyhow, once you are at goal you can treat yourself to a super new suit that flatters your super new figure :)
