Ooooh I've just found out that my food processor has a grater attachment... bloomin' marvellous! I have grated up 2 cauliflowers & have 5 bags of cauli rice in the freezer! Its still pretty messy tho but at least I have the skin on my fingers!

Can you tell me what cauli rice is? Do you cook the grated cauli for long? What liquid do you cook it in (if any)? I'm trying to find Harcombe friendly receipes

I cooked a full cauli last night, then added butter and chopped it into mash with a sharp knife, added corned beef, split it between 2 dishes and sprinkled with mozarella then nuked (could have been grilled I suppose but nuking was fine - just didn't brown but was lovely and stringy) and it was absolutely yummy, will have the 2nd bowl for lunch today - I love cauli - would have eaten both but the cauli was 15g for the full one and would have put me over for the day................
