We've had a real chilled out day spent pretty much in front of the tv watching kids dvd's & playing games, its been lovely, now hubby & I are watching some slightly more grown up stuff with some very nice red wine.... diet what diet???

Having an iPod sorting out day today... Jakey & Paul both got new ones at Christmas so am sorting out playlists & re-organinsing while catching up on some sky+ bits...

Its heaven!

Food/weight wise is not good, carbs are triggering cravings, I'm eating tutt & weight is up 2.5lbs! Back onto it again tomorrow I promise. x

Sounds like a nice relaxed day Linz, I love my ipod when it works but every so often I have to restore it cos the sound goes really distorted, this is the second one I have had and they both did the same but I can't be arsed sending this one back...............

Oh no Bren thats not good.... I have a 1st generation Nano which is still going strong bless it although I do think its time I perhaps upgraded to something with more memory!

My interview on Friday, I was asked about experince with Excel & flat files... had never heard of flat files & when I asked at paul's office no one there had heard of the either. Couldn't find much on them via google so was wondering if he'll find anyone with much knowledge of them!
