Morning all!!

Well my first week of not dieting has produced a 2.2lb loss... go figure! This weekend will put to pay to that I'm sure, plentiful red wine me thinks!

Off to work in a mo so have a fabulous bank holiday weekend you guys... hope the weather cheers up very grey, miserable & windy here right now but nothing could dampen the kids excitement!

Hi Guys!

Weekend was chilly & windy but stayed dry which is a Brucie bonus!

Had a fabulous time even tho Amalie picked up a stomach bug & we had D&V from last night!! Washing machine is being put to good use now & my car smells of disinfectant!

Paul & Jacob are up at Wembley, the news is not good so far Reading are 2-0 down to Swansea... please keep yr fingers crossed for an amazing comeback... will catch up properly laters. xx

Well it was a brief encounter with the 11's as I was 3lbs up again this morning!

So the weekend showed a 3lb gain, which was a given really! Am out for dinner with the girls tonight so a glass or 2 of the red stuff & a low carb meal is in order!

Paul & I go away for 4 days on Thursday too so need to shift some before gaining it again at the weekend!!

We're off here if anyone wants a peek.... home its our 5th wedding anniversary, which reminds me I haven't got a card yet!!!! The food looks divine & the weather is meant to be hot hot hot too!
