Why are we so cold

Ketosis... I'm always freezing when in ketosis! Its meant to be good tho as it burns more calories to keep yr body warm!

My brother in law got a phone call at 0545 this morning asking him to go into the hospital to give my sister a break, Solly's not allowed clothes under the lamp & has been distressed by not being wrapped up warm so that was night number 5 for her not having much sleep!

My sister was pee'd off that the midwife had called him but I think it was the best thing to do, Solly lay on Tim's chest with the light over them & fell fast asleep! Bless him. x

oh bless him so sweet your sis needs her rest so shes got the strength to look after him when they get home which i hope is really soon x

Yeah.. she seems to think she should be doing it all & forgets she's just had major surgery herself plus all the worry that tires you out... I'm just glad someone else took charge! x

Definately! They've told her not to set a goal in her head as to when she wants to be home, I think she's finding it really hard not being with Noah too (her eldest).

I've decided against the Wii today, feeling really lethargic thought I'd wait until ketosis energy kicks in! Am off to have a shower tho as I'm f-f-f-freezing & need to warm up, have a pint of lemon & ginger tea to try & help too!

god yes i do feel like a new woman loland since i lost these 15lbs my other bad back from being over weight has also gone.i used to only be able to walk round for 15 mins before i was in agony but this saturday i took my girls to basingstoke and walked round for 2 hours and was fine god it felt good and they loved the fact i could finally go shopping with them bless
