I feel for you having to change your plan. You like Atkins so much. For what its worth, I really dont think that 1200 cals is enough. Im not sure what you are aiming to lose, but seriously, it just seems to be very low calorie wise. Especially if you are exercising too. Just wonder if youve tried xenical? I am finding it really helpful in making good low fat choices I have to say, especially when Im tempted to go off plan.
Anyways, hugs. But, on another note, you are really doing so fabulously, be proud of yourself.
