I feel for you having to change your plan. You like Atkins so much. For what its worth, I really dont think that 1200 cals is enough. Im not sure what you are aiming to lose, but seriously, it just seems to be very low calorie wise. Especially if you are exercising too. Just wonder if youve tried xenical? I am finding it really helpful in making good low fat choices I have to say, especially when Im tempted to go off plan.
Anyways, hugs. But, on another note, you are really doing so fabulously, be proud of yourself.

I use weightlossresources.co.uk to track my calories & I enter myself as moderately sedentry as mostly I'm sitting around, playing with the kids or on the laptop & they calculate my calories to lose 2lb per week at 1250 per day... I then add on any exercise calories onto this figure so some days if I've had a swim or something I'm at 1800 cals so its works out to be relative to how my days been... they also calculate how many calories yr under or over for the week including yr exercise cals so it works out well for that too.

Thanks for your concern babes... it means alot & I love my food too much to ever eat too little IYKWIM!

I have tried xenical before & I was ok not great with it, maybe figure that into things if this doesn't work out!

And lotza love to you miss queen gym bunny... yr really in the zone babes, I also love the buzz from exercising. xxx

Cinnamon update!

Solly is being moved to the Royal Alexandra hospital which is the specialist childrens hospital in Brighton.

He's not feeding, sleeping all the time & has lost 10% of his body weight, which when you only weighed 4lb 14oz to start with is not great!!

His jaundice is good now so at least they can focus on this now!

Be good for him to get the attention he needs which is difficult for midwives on a busy maternity ward so I think the move is a good thing!! haven't spoken to my Sis only had a quick msg from my mum so know no more than that!!

I did a freefall parachute jump a long time ago & raised £750 which went to the Royal Alex Hospital, feels good to know I've helped a teeny weeny bit with somewhere that is looking after my nephew!. Have been thinking about doing a sponsored swim to raise money for the special care unit but need to work out the logistics...

I'm sure he will thanks Jim... problem is if he's not feeding he's just not got the energy to stay awake & then to feed etc etc.

He did well when he was on a feeding tube before so I'm guessing thats what may happen...

It does worry me that he didn't put on weight in the womb & now he's not either maybe there is an underlying problem, not that I'd ever say that to Gee (my sis), hopefully someone at the Alex will be able to work it all out. xx

i know seems wuite a lot but when im usually on low fat (sorry when i WAS usually on low fat) i was always starving!
 
Thats why I'm trying to keep my carbs low-ish 52g for today & keep my protein up 82g & that will hopefully help me stay full. Have to say I feel it so far today & I still have crackers & philly plus dinner to eat!!

I know when I did low fat my carbs would be in the 200's so I'm hoping still being low will help... I have been in ketosis on 70g before whilst vlcd so maybe I could be a lucky one that will be at 50g with higher cals??
