Life is good ticking over doing the usual! Have decided to get my head down & drop the carbs lower to shift this last stone, feel like my head is back in the zone probably helped by getting back on track with my slimpod. Day one was yesterday & although I am having a dinner party on Saturday I am planning on a good solid week back have been fannying around too long!
I know I need to step up the exercise too, so will be off to the gym to buy my swim membership & get back in the pool & start training for the sponsored 5k I want to do for my friends who lost their week old daughter.
Right must get up, why is it Monday is the day I could actually do a lie in?
