Morning all... looks like the weather from the north has arrived! Much cooler & overcast this morning!

Good news is that I am now only 3.5 lbs away from posted weight & I was 10lbs up!! Thats 6.5lbs lost in 2 days!! Whoop whoop!!

Food is planned

B: yogurt & raspberries
L: hummus, crackerbread, tomato
D: garlic chicken & mushrooms, cabbage in butter, strawberries
S: atkins bar, chicken & rocket

Still under calories... will need to see how I'm doing may add some mayo to my chicken & rocket!!

Yes pleased with that... most of it will be water weight from a weekend of over indulging but hopefully May will be a month of maintaining as long as I'm good at camping!

Well food wise im guessing you'll be ok as long as you make your own sauces for the meat. Asda do some nice chicken (spicy i think its called) in the freezer section. Low in carbs and fat. Always a winner in this house!!!

I'm a red girl... I'll just factor it into my day. Am taking my scales with me so can stay good with my food. At the moment I'm struggling to eat all my calories & my carbs are about 50g ish each day so I'm really pleased with the way its going. I already have 681 cals in the bank this week!
