Feeling brighter today but still shattered! Am waking at 0430 & not going to sleep til 2300 can't understand why I'm not tired!!!!

Am supping on a sugar free ice pop at the moment which is delish & helps to up my fluids! We have sunshine today & I am desperate for some fresh air so hopefully will have a slow meander around the green this morning!

Weighed myself this morning & I have lost 10lbs since my op!! I can really notice it in my face already!

Hows you Jim? And how is that loevly grand-daughter? Anymore pics yet?

Its trapped wind Jo, have a pain in my shoulder. I haven't been farting & belching like the others were but I've been munching on deflatine which breaks it up into smaller bubbles so mine are much more discreet!!

Yep... its actually 8lbs not 10! But still a fab loss, not sure what I was doing with my calculations this morning!

We took some the night before I went into hospital but not before I started losing weight this year... its weird things like my feet, wrists & fingers look thinner plus its definately showing in my face thankfully!!
