I need to I have people with young babies coming round friday & it has to be done, plus the boilers having an overhaul which means moving half the kitchen b'coz its in the most ridiculous place in the world ever!!

So thats why I have to do it otherwise it just won't get done & it really is a $hithole now!. x

I reckon, from the way you talk about Paul, if you say - Paul, I need you to listen, the HOOVERING needs to be done, and Im in pain today, perhaps he will?
Your tum is sore for a reason - its your body telling you that you are overdoing it" Please listen to it, it speaks sense.
If you over do it, you will end up not being able to do ANYTHING for anyone. Im sure the people coming to your house at the weekend know you are supposed to be resting and would be peed off if they knew you were talking like this.
Not being funny here, and I by no means have money to spare, but could you not get a "lady" in to do a one off all over? I have sometimes paid my niece to come in and hoover and do laundry when my back has been bad. Please think about it.

Paul's been amazing but he's shattered at the end of a long day & I hate pushing the point, I have asked plenty of times but it doesn't seem to register!

There's no way I could afford anyone to come in plus i'd be so embarrased about someone coming in I'd have to tidy/clean before they came!

I know I'm pushing it a bit early but there really is nothing I can do... mentally its crippling me! x

Morning all...

Week 4 weigh in & I have lost 3.4lbs takes me to just over 21lbs since my op! I'm going to weigh in on Saturday as that will be my month done!

I hope Marks heading this way Cheryl! I think paul realised how much its affecting me when I burst into tears last night... I didn't do it purposefully but he helped me tidy up. x
