I think it will... I've been really really bright red the last couple of times I dyed my hair so I'm hoping this won't be too dark! Will do it tonight when Paul can check I've not made my neck & ears purple.. thats the only problem with short hair, you can't hide yr splodges!

Do you know its amazing after this op... yesterday I had 2 big (for me) portions of my chicken dish, today I've only managed 1/3rd of a portion I had yesterday before I felt like I'd pop! Its amazing how the difference is from one day to the next & also what yr body will tolerate one day it won't the next!!

One day I managed prawn mayonaise the next day I dumped on it! Yesterday was the first day I managed over 700 cals & I had 92g of protein... slept much better too!
