Yes I am shagged out Hope but for all the wrong reasons, Paul went out last night he had a meeting so I was decorating until 2230 no improvement on getting any of my wish list!

Morning Peeps!
2.2lbs down this week which is amazing considering I've not had my eye on the ball this week, my carbs have been much higher & I had a weekend sponsored by champers & red wine!!!
Back to strict 40g per day for me from today & must must MUST get my water intake back up have not done well at all this week!! Final bits of painting to do then a clean up & move the furniture back in & thats us pretty much done for now-ish!!
Have a body shop stall at the school fayre on Saturday so need to get my stock organised for that, plus have 47 items that finish today on ebay so need to bag those up for postage... hope there's some good bidding in the next few hours!!
Sun's just rising which will nicely defrost my windscreen before doing the school run I hope.
