Morning all... had a lovely chilled night, watched NZ masterchef, went & had a hot bath, climbed into my warm bed to watch biggest loser with a highlights hot choc (6 carbs) & was asleep by 2215 & woke up at 0630 (by hubby slamming the door) so feel better this morning but still jaded so the plan is to have a chilled one... the sun is stunning this morning so that will motivate me to get some stuff done!

Have some work to do for preschool this morning, a bit of housework then swimming later, then I think another night like last night would be perfect!

No indeed... but they should be well on their way to being flushed out!!

Finished on 40g carbs yesterday & my meal plan today is 26g carbs (with an optional 6g extra if I have a hightlights tonight!)

OMG, my carbs for yesterday were 188g!!!!!! some difference! Wow.

Im doing cauli rice tonight though cause I love it!! Stir fried - mmm.
