Man - it was hard work - real running this time...not wii running although counts for the same... I looked like a drowned rat at the end....
 
Put that pizza out of your mind poof its gone and just move forward you know you can. You'll be loosing again next week for sure.

Now I'm mystified that you think I have an exciting life but I'll swap with you anytime I love writing assignments. However if its any comfort for you I wrote the majority of mine when I couldn't just feel the wall against my back it was actually scrapping the skin off it. I completed my Phd thesis each time with minutes to spare.

Did you prefer running outside or wii running in the warm? All credit to you for going out in the wind that's out there today - well, here anyway. I am sure the extra resistance means extra APs. :D

Right, just got a kung po chicken from chinese...now, usually this dish is fried...but mine isn't...just chicken in kung po sauce with lots veg - all 0pt....still gonna be 7.5? Also got mixed veg - which seems non greasy - need I point it?

Re the chinese mixed veg - ~It should be free hun as only veg and possibly soy sauce which is free isn't it?
