Hi girlies - how are we all?

I didn't get to WI last week and having been up most of the night with Tyler being sick - continuosly - I don't think I am gona make it this morning - don't think it's fair on him. He's absolutely fine this morning tho, has gone from not being able to keep water down to eating and drinking ok. Am thinking short lived bug??

But, I'm down to 10 stone 9 so another 2lbs gone ;) x

Also, wanted to ask when people work out their points, what they say for activity. I usually always say sitting down most of the time but that now takes me to 19 points a day - if I say occasionally sitting, mostly standing it's 21... Now, as a mother and a teacher I suppose sitting down most of the day may be OTT? Do people generally think I should be on 21??? I dont want to undereat and not lose????

how many points have you been having, cos i would go with whatever you worked that out on, cos it seems to be working for you?

Glad little'un feeling better-kids do bounce back quickly dont they-usually when you are ready to pass out with exhaustion they are bouncing off the walls!!
 
Yea, have been on 20 points for a while but the losses have slowed but I think I am a bit more active. I am wondering if I am perhaps undereating?? I weighed myself yesterday as I was interested and was 10.9 and today I am up a bit but I had a big dinner - lots of mashed pots etc so am thinking it's dinner weight. Might try a week on 21 and see if it makes a difference... oh I don't know - 19 just seems rubbish! A wispa is 5 goddamit!
 
yeah its wierd-when i 1st started i got 24 a day, when i had to drop one weight losses did seem to slow-dread going even lower, but since am going in opposite direction at the moment its not a problem-lol
 
Do you mean your gaining? Bit confuzzled there... remember I have nt had much sleep!!! lol...

I still don't now if to have 19 or 21 and as I track online I cant change it to 20!!!

i would say try a week or 2 at 21 and see what happens if that doesn't work then chop it down, feeling hungry all the time will just lead to problems.

Hope you feel a bit less tired tomorrow and that Tyler remains better after his sickness

Thanks M - after a little maniulation of the website have got it to 20 - gonna stick with that as I know it works... slow as it may be! :( x
 
Not entirely hun.. Thats the goal set by my WW leader.... I actually want to be a stone lighter than that! How are you stranger........?!?
 
Ok your on... but technically I have about 23lbs to go... as 9 takes me to 10 stone BUT I wanna be 9.... x
 
I dont think I could handle simply filling lovely... I like my snacks - crisps and chocs too much... think i'd feel deprived! lol x
