diabetes gets the better of me sometimes .. It's like an annoying fly that no matter how many times u try and bat away it's always there in the background .. Lolx x x
I remember I worked out my average weight loss and it's about half a pound a monthSo I would be ecstatic at losing 6lbs since June lol!
It's so frustrating when losses or slow. Esp when you have something like diabetes to deal with - never mind your thyroid as well!!
But I think it's great anywayxx
