Bit odd this week - iv not really been on plan .... Just weighed myself and lost a pound ;) .. Woop! So I'm now 9stone8 now yay! Iv lost nearly 6lb up to now - which isnt much for others but loads for me and nearly half a stone ... 8lb to go to my goal x x x
 
Decided to add in a few 'veggie red days' to help my blood sugars & eat a few less carbs ..
Today I'm doin a red day
No fruit in the house til I shop later tho ..

Nearly half a stone is fantastic!! I'd be as happy as you with that too :D Completely understand.

Hope the 5 days off do you some good and you can find some time to relax and stuff. Glad your sugars are coming down too. Must be an awful thing to live with.

Aw thanks Hun :) I'm delighted even it it has taken me since the beg of June to loose 6 pounds hehe ;)
diabetes gets the better of me sometimes .. It's like an annoying fly that no matter how many times u try and bat away it's always there in the background .. Lol :) x x x

I remember I worked out my average weight loss and it's about half a pound a month :confused: So I would be ecstatic at losing 6lbs since June lol!
It's so frustrating when losses or slow. Esp when you have something like diabetes to deal with - never mind your thyroid as well!!

But I think it's great anyway :D xx

Ah yeah your so right - I think it's coz you see others on here saying they lost 7lb a week and I think wow, iv stayed the same for the last 4 weeks in a row ..... Atleast you have managed to kind of stick to the plan, I'd be twenty stone heavier if I had the stress you have at the mo - it's unreal what your going thru :( x x x
 
Eek just realised iv had no appetite today ... Iv still got an a & b to eat and didn't eat any dinner ... Very unlike me that :( x x
 
oh no! not eating enough is just as bad as eating too much....hope you managed to get something down x

Haha ... I scranned a bag of Special K crisps and 2 alpen bars .. :) x x x
