Been hopping from diet to diet & infact was ready to do Slimfast today full blown but decided after trying to keep up with an 8 month old all day I need more than a couple of milkshakes to keep going
Started my journey at 17st 10lbs & am down to 13st 13lbs at present - Wanting to reach around 11st 10lbs as my first goal as I am large framed & am unsure of my overall goal
I'm going to be honest - I struggle with 1200 calories so my aim here is to between but no higher than 1200 - 1400 calories daily. If I do exercise, I will log it & put the calories alongside that Myfitnesspal provides me with (aware they're estimates and I don't eat them back!),

Hello and welcome to calorie counting!! I think most of us would agree that CC is really easy to do and to stick to and has produced some good results so far!! I also have around 1200 - 1400cals a day and have so far managed to lose 6lb in 3 weeks so it definitely works!! A lot of us do food diary's and write down what we've had during the day....i love reading peoples to get some different meal ideas!!

Dinner:
Chicken tikka masala (healthier choices) (345cals)
Lettuce and bit of cucumber (15cals)
Danone shape velvet dessert (109cals)
Raspberries (25cals)
