I did not go out as it has been raining here all day so I stayed in and busied myself to some housework - lol I did not get very far.
I’ve been staying in so far today but I might risk it and go for a wander in the woods. At least if it’s raining I can hide under the trees LOL.Weather has been a bit hit and miss in Glasgow too but so far I've managed to avoid the rain on my walks so far.

Today was nice, Went for a walk and to the shops for some grocery’s. ate my lunch while walking back to the house from the packet lol.
Managed 9551 steps at the moment according to Fitbit.
Not sure but I may see if I can rent out one of those Just cycle bikes for an hour and see how it goes tomorrow.

I decided not to go out today far to cold and rainy and all I have to wear is shorts and T-shirt’s lol
Everything else I have is far to baggy.
Im keeping them as a reminder on how far I have come. For example one of my cargo shorts I can fit both legs into one and I can wrap it around my middle and it looks like a kilt LOL
Haven’t been buying much clothes because I’m shrinking
Today’s been nice, longest sleep I have had in months, however saying that I missed breakfast and woke up at around lunch time ha.
My mums been wanting bolognese for ages and I decided I would make it instead for us, that way I could track exactly what was going into it lol

Thanks @Strawberry Madness I have smashed the water today and am feeling worlds better! I have told the family that there will be no more takeaways for me but I do still have to collect theirs.
