Today was nice, Went for a walk and to the shops for some grocery’s. ate my lunch while walking back to the house from the packet lol.

Managed 9551 steps at the moment according to Fitbit.
Not sure but I may see if I can rent out one of those Just cycle bikes for an hour and see how it goes tomorrow.

Weather has been a bit hit and miss in Glasgow too but so far I've managed to avoid the rain on my walks so far.

Whats the bet I end up drenched today lol.
 
I'm working from home so been busy this morning, done my 15 minute workout and I'll be heading to pick my Mum up from work just after 2pm so will get my first walk done after that then 2nd one at about 7pm.

Thats kinda been my routine now for the past few days.

Wish we had some woods close to us, I miss the trees.

I really want to swim I used to love it and being knee deep in the sea just made me feel right at home like a warm blanket feeling.

But I’m far too self conscious about how I look without a shirt on, so I’ll most likely wear a vest or something.

I decided not to go out today far to cold and rainy and all I have to wear is shorts and T-shirt’s lol
Everything else I have is far to baggy.

Im keeping them as a reminder on how far I have come. For example one of my cargo shorts I can fit both legs into one and I can wrap it around my middle and it looks like a kilt LOL

Haven’t been buying much clothes because I’m shrinking 😂

Once the weathers a bit better I’m really wanting to try out the Just eat cycles. Think it’s £1.50 for an hour or £10 for the electric assisted, As much as I want to try out the E bike the price is way to high.

This is bloody awesome! Well done you, being able to wrap your cargo shorts around you after puttin yourself in one leg is PHENOMENAL!!! I wouldn't keep it, I'd make them into 2 pairs of shorts because I'm tight 😂 You should treat yourself though, even though you are still shrinking, just grab an outfit and it'll enable you to keep going! 💪
 
Spent the day indoors hopefully tomorrow the weather will be better!
also did some tracking of my weight from the 6th of April and the numbers was a little off by less than a pound so I’ve amended it on my tracker.

going to add it to my signature because if haven’t touched it in ages haha.

Today’s been nice, longest sleep I have had in months, however saying that I missed breakfast and woke up at around lunch time ha.

My mums been wanting bolognese for ages and I decided I would make it instead for us, that way I could track exactly what was going into it lol
So off to aldi we went to get the ingredients.
fitbit reading over 5800 steps today.

if its not raining tomorrow I’m definitely going to go for a longer walk

First time eating pasta and bread in 3 months felt really stuffed after. Feel really naughty but it’s in my limit so i know i shouldn’t

Have around 500 calories left today so will have to find something later.

Also been using a new calorie tracker I think someone mentioned in forum somewhere

nutracheck was using the free trail then decided to just outright buy a years worth LOL it’s been really easy to track with that for me.

I have eaten really badly today and I feel awful like I've been kicked in the kidneys from all the salt and the lack of nutrition is making me lethargic :( Oh I'd love to say I'll never do it to myself again! But a week is a long time in terms of my memory 😂

Thanks @Strawberry Madness I have smashed the water today and am feeling worlds better! I have told the family that there will be no more takeaways for me but I do still have to collect theirs. Just hope they're not selfish enough to actually make me get them one!
