Aww thanks , ye hopefully I might have the choc shake tomorrow just to use them up got 2 in fridge . Plan is have one for breakfast on Sunday and Monday then come Tuesday should be super easy. Iv brought a lot of meat this week so should be pretty easy as il fill my plate with veg.

Good luck starting back today....you’ve got this!!
It’s a good idea to have a shake the first couple of days back. They help keep you fuller and especially at the weekend when it’s hardest.
Hope you had a great day at the seaside yesterday.
 
Morning it’s shake time

Woke up at 8 wasn’t hungry and thort great it’s now 10 and I was starving lol just having my shake.

Iv weighed 17.0 1/2 . Iv basically put 2 1/2 on since wed which to be fair I don’t think is that bad for sayin are utter rubbish yesterday. Had loads of snacks on the way, ice cream , huge fish and chips for dinner then mac Donald’s on way home 🙈

Plan for today is

Breakfast shake
Dinner - 400
Tea- faggots mash veg 600

So far I’ve had a banana, lol. I pigged our yesterday so need to try super hard the next few days!
 
I certainly did lol . Was a good day Olivia enjoyed herself she went on go karts with lee and loved them lol, They were adult ones crazy child.

Shame I don’t have a full week but it is what it is. Tomorrow will be loads easier when I’m on my own no temptation.

How’s today been so far? First day back on plan.
 
I’m starving haha I won’t lie lol. We have just been in hottub and I said to Olivia what do you fancy for tea and Lee went it’s 3oclock haha I went ye I’m starving lol.

Deffo be tea at 5 tonight. I grabbed a sandwich from boots earlier for 350 so Iv had 550 so far leaves me 650 for later

Haha I’ve just been moaning I’m hungry already! I ate so much yesterday that it feels like I’m back on first day again today lol.

You’ll be able to have a good dinner for 650 😁
I’m doing a roast if I can wait for the chicken to cook!!

Wow well done hun that's a great result already! I'm really struggling to get the scales to move. I didn't look this morning but yesterday they were still showing the same as last Wednesday :( Hopefully it will whoosh at some point before Wednesday.

Poor Olivia, I remember mine always snotty after that started nursery. Is she at nursery today?
 
Thanks ye I’m pleased . Sometimes they do stay the same then all of a sudden you see a huge drop don’t you.

Just dropped her off. I feel really sorry for her non of them speak . She said the other day no one would play so today I tried to put her with about 6 kids says are you goin to play together and they ignore u and walk off 🙈. She was playin with Lego at table and everyone else was all near other kids. I said go play on the Mat with everyone else and the teacher said do u want to join in she said ye and went . I then said cya later love u she went there all cryin but I’m fine haha.

Can’t wait for her to make
Friends but surpose it’s goin to take time isn’t it just sad because she takes it to heart bless her

Ah bless her. She'll make lots of friends but like you say it'll take a few days to establish a friendship group. When she does, she'll be begging you to leave, lol! Is she in all this week?

Ah so you've kept her doing all 5 mornings then. That's good to start with, she'll be able to settle in and make friends if she's there every day :) Hopefully she'll come back today and be full of it.

I bet you don't know what to do with yourself now in the mornings, lol.
 
It’s horrible I hate it . Ye I started her on 5 see how she gets on if it’s to much il drop a day or 2 . She’s enjoying it tho but doesn’t tell me much. When I collect her she hugs my neck really tight all way back to car and doesn’t speak. Think she misses me aswell lol.

Today I said to her if no one will play go find ur teacher she went sometimes she’s lost and I can’t find her 😟how cute poor thing

Ah bless her. It might be an idea to have a word with the teacher, she'll be able to look out for her and if she's on her own, she'll be able to get her playing with other kids.

I bet she does really miss you, she's had you pretty much 100% of the time since she was born. But she'll be ok and before you know it she'll be running in without another thought for mum.
