First week weigh in, 3lb off. Would have liked a bit more for first week but then again i did have 2 blips during the week so still happy!

I am the same. Do not know what is the matter with me. I have stuck to plan 100% and increased my activities. Hopeing to have lost something. WI tomorrow. I am just going to stick to plan and see what happens. sooner or later it will come off.

I lost 3lb this week: so pleased:)
Can I set my bronze as 7lb, silver 10lb and gold 14lb:D
 
Sorry, haven't updated for a while........have lost 5.5lbs since start of challenge......yippe have my bronze award!
 
I've lost 1.5lbs this week, so have got rid of last week's gain, thankfully.

I'm back off my holiday!

So who would have guessed it I have been to America for 2 weeks! Stuck to plan for about 2 days then been totally off plan. However I have been walking hours and hours each day and also swimming lots. I was aiming for a STS but

Well done on your 3 lbs loss. Just have to watch this week - I find going on hols I lose and when I get home, if I do not watch it until my body aclimatise, I put on easily. Good luck.

Yeah well I am back exercising so I expect a STS while my body adjusts! As I do about 8-9 hours per week!


Oh also some news! While I was away I got engaged woop!
