I am sure the fast gain is water weight, but yes, real weight does also creep on when we are not properly on track, and it's such a shame to undo all the hard work from the past. Sadly, been there and done it many times over (as have so many of us). I don't know what goes on in the mind when we can't quite make things click and get back on the wagon.
