Morning everyone, hope you're all well.
Today is day 2 for me, and I'm feeling really positive. Yesterday was my first day back on the plan, and I managed it 100% - I used both of my Healthy Extras, ate plenty of SuperFree foods and stayed well within my Syns allowance, only using 7.
I've planned for another 100% day today and my meal plans are as follows:
Breakfast: "Magic Porridge" (HExB) with a chopped Banana. Pineapple.
Lunch: Jacket Potato with Cheese (HExA), Baked Beans and Salad
Dinner: Mushy Pea Chicken Curry with Pasta
I've no Syns planned for today, but I'll probably have something sweet later on tonight.
My NSV for today is just that I am back on plan 100%. For me that is enough to keep me motivated - I've proved I can do it already, so I just need to keep it up
