According to the SW website (the Healthy Extras page) you can have 300ml of the milk branded "the one" (it's a Robert Wiseman dairies one - our poundland and wilkos sell it) but otherwise it seems to be treated the same as semi skimmed in that you can have 250ml as a hex A.
if it's 1% then I don't see how one brand can be different to another..
do they add sugar to some of them? no, so the calories should be the same and if the fat's the same then it's exactly the same..

I agree, however SW have the 1% sainsburys milk down as 250ml not 300ml like "the one". So officially you can't treat all of them as having 300ml. If you don't follow to the letter and treat all 1% milk as 300ml and have probs with loosing then it's definately something to consider
