Just thinking about adding food here. Today ( sun) was my higher cal day

150g Asda raspberries- needed using up yellow sticker
Aldi special caramel yog

Aldi Teddy crisps

Aldi protein flat bread
Houlloumi cheese in air fryer
Veg in chilli oil 10 mls
4 cherry tom
1/2 onion
1/2 red pepper
5 aspergas tips
80g peas
45g tesco sweet chilli Hummus

Big piece home made choc areo cookie cake weighed almost 200g estimated at 1160- using costs caramel shortbread as a guide.

500 mls coffee with 200 mls semi skimmed milk
450 mls water
330 mls diet coke
700 mls coffee with 100 mls skimmed milk

2540 cals
76 protein
18g fiber

Used 3386 ( going by fitbit)
Deficient 846

Battle going on woth MH and physical.

Back up to 374lbs

Exhausted.

Still cal.counting got to keep.going.

Run down sore throat. Mouth full of ulcers xxxx
 
Thank you. Been ill since boxing day only coming out of the other side. LOTS of med changed. Lots going on..

Last Thurs I was at my highest weight 385 lbs which is 27 stone 5lbs. My body is in PAIN.

I am trying to keep my protein up and my fiber.

I've kept to cals ( mostly) still looking at them OVER the week.

I am going to put my 1st weekly weight today. But then go from a Fri.

We are going away for the weekend. I tend to do 1 higher day it's set at sun but I just do it on sun if I know I am going out. So will see what this morning weight brings.

I've been having Brazil nuts ( 6 a day) as read they are good for depression
I do a drink with matcha and manuka honey. I try to eat a fair amount of eggs. With spinach and cottage cheese and some smoked salmon.

Am using stuff up from freezer too. I did have pizza last night. My food isn't perfect but I am TRYING to eat better.

Yesterday I had 1L water
500 mls sugar free squash
400 mls decaf coffee
330 mls diet coke

Going to try and sleep now xxxx

Not right now. They suggested tier 3 but they aren't taking anyone else on.

I am asking to go back to slimming world. But because of an active eating disorder I need Dr's ok. I've got an appointment end of Feb. I must admit I still plan on cc.

Was 375.9 today so 9lbs off in 8 days :) so not bad. I've been counting even though I went off 1 day. Xxxx
