I've had a rough few days, got a horrible head cold, not been able to think straight. I Hope it goes soon. I'm fed up. I've been on plan all week apart from two days , but then i wasnt that bad. at very worst I would Hope for a maintain on Monday. Hope everyone else is doing OK.
 
Weigh in tonight. I think I will be extremely lucky if I don't gain this week. Felt rough last week, I feel better now, but I'm not 100% yet.
 
Lost .5lb this week. Ok with that as is wasn't well last week. Back on plan for a big loss next week.

I've decided I'm gonna have the speed soup everyday for lunch. People have said they have good losses on it and I'm sick of half pounds.

Yup we can! It's not particularly yummy by any means but I can have a small bowl everyday and hopefully it'll be enough. I think it's more the texture, as I blended it because I don't like some of the ingredients but it's a little gritty for me.

have a go, it certainly can't hurt (I wouldn't have thought?) x

If you don't like some of the ingredients, you can always leave them-there is no point forcing yourself to eat something :)
 
Wasn't sure it would work if I changed it. To be fair the taste isn't that bad, it's more the texture. Will know for next time if it works, not something I would choose to eat if it doesn't buck up my losses :)

As long as all the ingredients are speed foods it'll be fine :)
