10,000 steps challenge

Next week will be better for all of us - have just planned my food for the next few days and will stick to it like glue! The weekend will be trickier as hubby is home and likes his food!!
 
To try and cheer myself up I decided to measure inches:
- 2 off busy
- 2 off waist
- 1 1/2 off hips
At least that's something!

I've decided to use the WW Journal I got with the dulexe pack (I've got a nice diaryi use daily but feel I need a "clean slate")

I got one of those in my Starter Packs but sold it as I prefer to use my iPad App. A 'Clean Slate' might do you well though. X

Serena, are you still shredding? I tailed off at 7 days but am going to start again tomorrow

I did 7 Days also, wanted to lose my 2lb from Butlins before I went to Bournemouth and it worked! This week I have a bad back but planning on starting again next week. X

Definitely do not stop posting!!! You aren't a failure at all - it's just a bad week on the scales, I am sure that next week you will be pleased with what the scales say
 
Serena, you have trounced me in the number of steps you've walked - Ben I you don't hit the target, it's only a target and life happens - some days we are just more restricted than others. I think you are doing brilliantly!!

Thanks Sweeties :) Just didn't want everyone thinking I was taking the pee! I've only earned 4AP in 5 Days :-( I know how pathetic that is! I'm just really suffering with my back this week :-( x

I've only used 1 Weekly so that's something I guess! Will try and get some steps in if my back allows it lol x
 
I've done 13145 steps today. Which is 5.29 miles.

Anddd I've earnt 28 activity points in total.

I'm very happy today haha. And and and and I managed to plank for 50 seconds when usually I could only do 30!
