10,000 steps challenge

Weirdly my post appeared twice!

Today was better - so far 12,376 but also took my daughter swimming.
Detest husband made me dinner tonight and when I pointed it afterwards it came in at 29 pp - he's also bought me a bottle of kopperburg at 7pp. Will need to reign it in tomorrow but haven't used any weeklies this week or AP so intend to enjoy guilt free!

Wow fantastic steps.

Wish hubby cooked for me. I'd save on take aways and using my weeklies to quickly. Might have to make him start cooking on Saturday lol
 
Unfortunately it's very rare that hubby cooks! He's not very adventurous in his cooking ( no pasta, fish, rice, ltd veg) and tonight was sausage and mash! The mash was a mountain but as he had cooked I couldn't really say that he'd cooked too much or not eat it :-/
 
I'm going to Las Ignanus and intend to take advantage on their BOGOF on the cocktails ha ha As for the year I'm 32 next week wish it was a noughty but that's for a 30 not 40 lol
Lol! I've never been to Las Ignanuas, bogof on cocktails sounds excellent ;-) x PS-If I waited for someone to cook, id starve but just wait till poppy can reach the worktop ;-) x
 
Been a quiet day in my house today and have stayed indoors for most of it - trying to motivate myself to go out for a walk. Hubby has a hangover and the children are glued to the tv. So far a measly 2,328 steps for the day. Feeling anxious about WI Tuesday after gaining last week I'm desperate for a loss to keep me on the right track.

That's my plan but will have to wait for hubby to wake up! Just made a big pot of no point veg soup - should get me through til WI!
 
I did thanks, made a big boost to my steps for the day. Gym tomorrow - going to treat it a bit like 'last chance workout' from biggest loser!

Today is gonna be a struggle. Weigh in is tomorrow but I've got a birthday tea today. Normally i make my last day saintly as I find it prepares me for tomorrow weigh in and also a good start for the forth coming week. Not sure how I'm gonna deal with it.

Think I'm taking the food scales with me so i can weigh my cake. I really don't want to fall off the wagon even though it's a birthday tea :what:
 
It would normally be my first plan but we are going for lunch and my mum has likely got lunch in (normally i shopping with her before lunch and get salad in) I'll just have to hope she's got some salad in so I'll do a ham salad and a little bit of cake. Might aim for dinner at home so I can control it there.

I'm going home from My 4 Day Holiday today, don't think I've done too well on the steps as its been a lot of sitting around and socialising! I've stayed in control of my diet which is a good thing I guess! Hoping to start 30DS tomorrow morning!!! X
