10,000 steps challenge

Day 4 of shred done. Not quite sure how I've managed this but walked a whopping 18,525 steps today - 5000 were while at the gym! I've a feeling that when I go back to walk on September my average will drop considerably so new to start thinking about how to tackle that!

Blimey! Well Done! I've done a pathetic 8171 Steps because we went on a Picnic lol, did do Day 7 of 30DS I think x
 
I wouldn't say that's pathetic! Still several miles :) how was the picnic? Is shred getting any easier?

Shred is so much easier than Day 1 but I'm pushing myself so I still sweat as much if that makes sense?!? I enjoy getting it out the way, today I did it at 0630 today, set me up for the day! Picnic was great thanks :) x

Well done. I remember doing it and wondering why after a week it was still tough. Realised it was cos I was working harder lol

I wonder how many miles we've walked between us in the last week?! I definitely feel I've made a conscious effort to 'move more'. Measured inches tonight and in the last 2 weeks I've lost an inch off my waist and 2 off my hips! #verychuffed

I've noted my measurements when I started, im gonna wait till I've lost 7lbs before I re measure. Im finding at the moment I can see where the weight is coming off so i know where my measurements will show.

My total millege from Tuesday till now is 23.9miles

Well done! That's still fantastic! I've worked really hard in the gym this week but today every part of me aches and is tired, day off the gym tomorrow and give my body a chance to rest- probably done more exercise in the last 2 weeks than I've done in the previous 6 months!
 
I've only manage 8817 Steps today :-( WI in the morning! Aaarrrggghhhhh! X
 
Don't worry, you've done lots this week! Think of all the AP points you've earnt! Do you think you are consciously moving more because you have a target of 10,000 steps?
